- Adopt a policy authorizing permanent employees to possess firearms on school grounds under certain conditions; and
- Amending RCW 9.41.280, adding a new section to chapter 28A.195 RCW, adding a new section to chapter 43.101 RCW; creating new sections, making an appropriation; providing an effective date; providing an expiration date and declaring and emergency.
Requires the office of the superintendent of public instruction to develop a statewide training class for those people who act as the primary contact.
