Learn five essential posture exercises that will save your neck and back from the pain and stiffness of common posture disorders. Over time your neck, shoulders, and back tend to tighten and stiffen up in the joints and muscles which can lead to permanent changes in your posture and alignment unless you proactively stretch and strengthen specific areas. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn simple exercises to reduce the distraction of tension, stiffness, or pain.
