Meeting Schedule
Regular Membership meetings are the third Tuesday of each odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September and November). Regular meetings run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Executive Board meetings are held EVERY month on the third Tuesday of the month. Executive board meetings are held for 2 hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Who Can Attend ICSEW Meetings?
ICSEW events and meetings are open to all current state employees and the community at large who are interested in promoting the values, principles, goals and activities of the ICSEW and allies.
Meeting updates are posted to our social media accounts and sent via GovDelivery.

Past meeting recordings are available on our YouTube channel for 30 days following the meeting being held.
Meeting Guidelines
By attending ICSEW meetings and events, you agree to conduct yourself according to these guidelines:
- We are all equals.
- Maintain respect for others and yourself, for the space and our time.
- Find places to connect and find commonality; listen and learn, not to judge.
- Accept there will be non-closure at times.
- Be respectful of time when making comments.
- It is ok to disagree, and to have big feelings, but do so with respect for all.
- Actively look for places to agree, connect, and support.
- Practice openness and engagement. Maintain a respectful tone and volume when sharing an opinion.
- Value the diversity of the group and the many different sources of knowledge that exist.
- Listen to the entire message, without interrupting or editorializing.
Our July 21st, 2026, Transition Meeting will be in-person/hybrid and will have a separate registration.
