Special Projects

Our Goal

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the subcommittee.

What We Do

The Interagency Committee for State Employed Women’s (ICSEW) Special Projects Subcommittee is an ad hoc team created to address high-priority initiatives that fall outside the scope of regular operations. Emphasizing innovation and effectiveness, the subcommittee leverages its members’ expertise to strategize, implement, and oversee projects within defined timelines, ensuring successful results.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the subcommittee to help achieve our objectives.

Activities include:

  • Career Development: Assist in designing and facilitating career development workshops.
  • Historian: Oversee the review, digitization, and disposal of historical ICSEW documents.
  • Cross-Business Resource Group Dress Code Workgroup: Serve as an alternate representative to support discussions on dress code policies across business resource groups.
  • Annual Report: Contribute and support the development of our annual report, with opportunities starting in May.

The Special Projects Subcommittee meets once a month for 45 minutes. If you're interested in making an impact through these projects, please email icsew@ofm.wa.gov. - we’d love to hear from you!
