 The Paid Family and Medical Leave Program has filed proposed rules (form CR-102) for Phase Two of the rule making process. Phase Two proposed rules cover employer responsibilities, penalties, and small business assistance.

• Read the Phase Two Significance Analysis (required explanation of why the department is proposing this rule, including a quality and cost-benefit analysis)
• Submit a public comment. Comments can be submitted through our online portal or by attending and commenting at either of the public hearings in October. Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. October 29, at which time the comment period on this phase of rules will close.
