Prohibiting physical gender transition for minors - summary page.
Specifically puberty blocking medications, cross-sex hormones, and gender transition surgeries for any minor who does not physically manifest a medically verifiable and diagnosed sexual development disorder.
This prohibition includes: Any drug that could potentially be used to suppress or delay normal puberty, testosterone, estrogen or progesterone (in amounts over what a normal person produces), surgical intervention to construct, or de-construct any genitalia or sex organs.
