Presenting: CliftonStrengths: How to Identify your Strengths and Meet Your Goals will help you identify your top strengths and develop strategies for meeting your goals using those strengths.  You will leave the workshop with a personalized action plan to help you apply your strengths at work and beyond. Whether you’re an individual seeking professional development, or a leader seeking to empower your team, this course will provide the tools and resources needed to use your strengths to meet your goals.  Attend this workshop and find out why people who use their strengths every day feel 6 times more engaged at work!
Note: If possible, take the Clifton Strengths Assessment prior to the meeting. There is a $49 version that ranks all 34 strengths and a $19 version that ranks your top 5.
It is not required, but will make the training more robust if you have taken it.

 LMS Training Credit: ICSEW Membership meetings are available on the State Learning Management System (LMS)! Sign up through LMS to receive credit in your training transcript.  Members and guests are encouraged to sign up through LMS. All regular meetings are free and open to everyone, regardless of gender or employment status. Guests from outside State Government employment are encouraged to use Eventbrite to sign up for meetings.
