Learn five essential posture exercises that will save your neck and back from the pain and stiffness of common posture disorders. Over time your neck, shoulders, and back tend to tighten and stiffen up in the joints and muscles which can lead to permanent changes in your posture and alignment unless you proactively stretch and strengthen specific areas. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn simple exercises to reduce the distraction of tension, stiffness, or pain.
Dr. Banks lives in Lacey, WA with his brilliant wife, two princess toddler girls and Gerber-baby boy. His purpose and passion is helping active people achieve higher levels of performance in their work, recreation, and fitness. As a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Master’s degree in sports science and rehabilitation he can quickly identify the root cause of a pain or limitation and then guide his clients in the fastest solution. He regularly speaks at state agency lunch-and-learns and wellness workshops in the Olympia area to inspire and enable others to live life to its fullest.
