FAQ

How did Vancouver get chosen as the site for the 2008 Conference?
The location of the conference rotates to various areas of the state. The last conference was held at the Tri-Cities, so the committee reviewed facilities on the west side for the 2008 Conference. After site visits to several locations in western Washington, Vancouver was selected. We were impressed with the facility, the visitor's bureau support, and the opportunity to introduce people to a fast-growing area in our state.

Who will be speaking?
Please check the Speakers/Sessions link for a list of speakers and session descriptions.

What is the agenda?
We have a one-page agenda available with registration materials. The conference is to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday May 5, 2008 and end on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, around 11:30 a.m.

How can I help?
If you will be attending the conference and want to help, please email Karen DeWitt, at Karen.Dewitt@wsp.wa.gov. We still need volunteers for room administrators and other positions.

Why is the conference fragrance free?
We want to make sure the conference is enjoyable to all attendees.
